Tonya found this recipe online and posted it to Facebook. I adapted the recipe so that it would be Keto friendly. The ingredients don't have to be EXACTLY as shown below. Cheeseballs are very forgiving.
Ingredients
8 oz. cream cheese, softened1/2 cup shredded Cheddar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp black pepper
4 slices bacon, cooked and finely crumbled
1/3 cup finely chopped fresh chives
1/3 cup finely chopped almonds
12 toothpicks
Directions
Mix together cream cheese, cheddar, garlic powder, and paprika and season with salt and pepper.Form into 12 bite sized balls and refrigerate until firm, 1 hour.
In a shallow bowl or on a plate, stir together cooked bacon, chives, and almonds.
Roll balls in bacon-chive-almond mixture and insert a toothpick stick in each ball.
Serve right away, or cover loosely with saran wrap in the fridge.
