RECIPE
Chicken Wings:
1 lb (12) whole chicken wings
15g (3/4 tsp) salt
15g (3/4 tsp) baking powder
Toss till coated in mixing bowl.
Transfer to parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
Bake at 400F for 30 minutes.
Transfer to mixing bowl and drizzle favorite BBQ Sauce or other wing sauce.
Serve while hot.
