Biscuits to go with our chili.
- 3 cups blanched almond meal/flour
- 1/4 tsp sea salt + more for sprinkling on top
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup freshly grated cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl, stir together the almond flour, sea salt, and baking soda.
- Add melted butter and egg, gently stirring to mix.
- Fold in cheddar cheese.
- Use a large spoon to drop 8 balls of biscuit dough onto a parchment lined baking sheet. (Will be about the size of golf balls)
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until tops are firm and surface is just beginning to brown.
