Ok, I will admit, this kinda got my head in a bit of a spin.
Ingredients
1 pound hot sausage
1 onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
2 cans, 28 oz, baked beans, drained
1 can, 21 oz, apple pie filling
1 cup BBQ Sauce
1 Tbsp mustard
1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp hot sauce
2 tsp BBQ rub seasoning
Directions
Brown and crumble the sausage.
Add the veggies and cook till the onions are translucent.
Add the beans and drain off the liquid that is at the top of the can of beans. Add the remainder of the ingredients.
Using a spoon, break up the apples. (I think I would do this prior to adding them to the pot)
Simmer for about an hour.
