🎄 Easy No-Cook Blender Eggnog
⭐ Note: This recipe uses raw eggs.
If you prefer, I can also give you a pasteurized-egg version or show you how to pasteurize eggs at home.
Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
- Pinch of salt
- Optional alcohol:
- ½–1 cup bourbon, dark rum, or brandy
Instructions
1. Add everything to the blender
Add:
- Eggs
- Sugar
- Milk
- Heavy cream
- Vanilla
- Nutmeg
- Cinnamon
- Salt
(And alcohol if using.)
2. Blend until frothy
Blend 30–45 seconds on high until creamy and lightly foamy.
3. Chill
Pour into a jug and refrigerate at least 1 hour to let flavors blend and thicken slightly.
4. Serve
Stir well and pour into glasses.
Top with:
- Fresh grated nutmeg
- A cinnamon stick
- Whipped cream (optional)
