🧂 Ingredients (Upgraded with FORGE)

1½ lbs sirloin steak, cubed

2 bell peppers, sliced

1 small onion, sliced

4 cups cooked white rice

1½ cups shredded sharp cheddar

1 cup heavy cream

2 tbsp butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 to 1½ tbsp Cape Breton FORGE BBQ Seasoning 🔥


👨‍🍳 Instructions (with your twist)

Season like you mean it

Toss steak cubes with FORGE BBQ Seasoning before cooking.


Sear hard

Hot pan, quick sear → get that crust. Remove and set aside.
