Pecan Pralines
Ingredients
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup cream
4 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1 1/2 cup pecans
1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Add everything but the pecans and vanilla to a stock pot.
Heat to 236 F.
Turn the heat off and add the pecans and vanilla. Stir to mix the ingredients.
Transfer, by the spoon full to a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
Let fully cool and enjoy.
