She shared her recipe for the 90 second Keto Bread. Vice using Almond Flour, which is kind of expensive, she used Coconut Flour.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon Coconut Flour1 tablespoon Butter
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Egg
Directions
Mix all the ingredients in a mug (or bowl)Microwave the mug for 90 seconds (if mixed in a shallow bowl then you can make a 2 sliced sandwich)
