Cast Iron Cobbler



Ingredients

2 20-ounce cans pie filling (your choice)
1 white or yellow cake mix
3 tablespoons butter
1 cup 7-Up®
Ice cream or whipped topping, optional

Directions

Pour the pie filling into a 10” cast iron skillet. 

Sprinkle cake mix over the pie filling. 

Slice butter over the top. 

Pour the 7-Up® over everything. 

Bake at 350°F for about 35-45 minutes. 

Serve with ice cream or whipped topping.
