Honey Garlic Butter Roasted Carrots
INGREDIENTS:
1 pound carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
1/4 cup honey
3 tablespoons butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine honey, melted butter, and garlic.
Add carrots and toss to coat.
Season with salt and pepper.
Spread carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway, until tender and caramelized.
Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
