Ingredients:

Directions:
In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sriracha, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper to create a marinade. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for maximum flavor.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the marinated chicken thighs on the baking sheet, pouring any remaining marinade over the top. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and caramelized, basting with the sauce halfway through.
