I found my recipe that I got online, always thought I had gotten it from Gisele BUT she said not hers.
I grease a pan 9X9 inches with butter...
Here it is the recipe:
PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE
2 Cups of white sugar
1/ 2 cup of milk I buy 2%milk
Mix this together
Bring to a BOIL for 2 ½ minutes
Take it off the stove and add 1 tsp. Vanilla
Then add:
3 / 4 cup of peanut butter with or without peanuts
Beat till it thickens (NOT glossy)
Spread in pan wait for it to cool down and then cut it up into small bite size pieces.
As a rule I can cut about 90 pieces, people told me there the right size, instead of having a BIG piece, they can pop it in their mouth and easy to eat.
Good luck and hope you'll make some , I am, for a meeting and give some to the executives for Xmas. But it will be early Dec. Ha ha
