For Serving

Brioche buns, Kaiser rolls, or sandwich buns

Butter (optional, for toasting buns)

Slow Cooker Method (Most Popular)

Place chicken in the slow cooker.

Sprinkle ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and pepper over chicken.

Add cream cheese on top (no need to stir yet).

Cook:
Low: 6–7 hours
High: 3–4 hours

Shred chicken directly in the slow cooker using two forks.

Stir in cheddar cheese and bacon until melted and creamy.

Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

Stovetop / Oven Shortcut

Cook chicken (boil, bake, or pan-sear) until done.

Shred or chop.

In a large skillet over low heat, combine chicken, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and garlic powder.

Stir until creamy.

Add cheddar cheese and bacon; heat until melted.
