🧄🥩🍄 Sheet Pan Garlic Butter Steak, Potatoes, Mushrooms & Onions

Ingredients
1½ lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or strip), cut into 1–1½" chunks
1½ lb baby potatoes, halved or thick-sliced
8 oz mushrooms, sliced (cremini or white)
1 large onion, sliced into wedges
4 Tbsp butter, melted
2 Tbsp olive oil
5–6 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp paprika
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Optional: fresh parsley or thyme

Instructions

Preheat oven
Set oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large sheet pan with foil or parchment.

Start the potatoes
Toss potatoes with:
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp melted butter
Salt & pepper
Spread in a single layer. Roast 15 minutes.

Prep steak + veggies
In separate bowls:
• Steak → toss with remaining olive oil, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt & pepper
• Mushrooms & onions → toss with a little salt & pepper

Make garlic butter
Mix remaining melted butter with minced garlic.
Add everything to pan
Remove pan. Push potatoes to one side.
Add steak, mushrooms, and onions in separate sections.
Drizzle garlic butter over everything.

Finish roasting
Return to oven for 10–12 minutes, flipping once, until:
Steak is cooked how you like
Veggies are tender and caramelized

Toss & serve
Gently toss together. Garnish with parsley or thyme.

🧠 Pro Tips
• Use cremini (baby bella) mushrooms for deeper flavor
• Red onion adds sweetness
• Finish with a little Worcestershire drizzle at the end for steakhouse depth
• Want extra crispy potatoes? Broil 1–2 minutes at the end 🔥
