🧄🥩 Sheet Pan Garlic Butter Steak & Potatoes
Ingredients
1½ lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or strip), cut into 1–1½" chunks
1½ lb baby potatoes, halved (or thick-sliced)
4 Tbsp butter, melted
2 Tbsp olive oil
5–6 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp paprika
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Optional: fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven
Set oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large sheet pan with foil or parchment.
Prep the potatoes
In a bowl, toss potatoes with:
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp melted butter
Salt & pepper
Spread on the pan in a single layer.
Roast the potatoes first
Roast for 15–18 minutes, flipping once, until starting to get golden.
Season the steak
In another bowl, toss steak with:
Remaining olive oil
Paprika, Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper
Make garlic butter
Mix remaining melted butter with minced garlic.
Add steak to the pan
Push potatoes to one side. Add steak to the other side in a single layer.
Drizzle everything with the garlic butter.
Finish roasting
Return pan to oven for 8–10 minutes, until:
Steak is cooked to your liking
Potatoes are crispy and tender
Toss & serve
Gently toss everything together on the pan.
Sprinkle with parsley if using.

• Medium-rare: ~130–135°F
• Medium: ~140–145°F
• Medium-well: ~150°F

• Add green beans or asparagus in the last 10 minutes
• Finish with a squeeze of lemon
