“Everyone says they make good burgers…
very few actually do. 😏πŸ”₯

If your burgers have ever been:
thick and dry
grey instead of crispy
“meh”
We’re fixing that.

πŸ§‚ You’ll Need:
1 lb ground beef (80/20 — don’t argue this)
COAL BBQ Seasoning
4 burger buns
4 slices cheese (American = best melt)
Optional: pickles, onions, sauce

πŸ”₯ What To Do:

1. Divide, don’t overthink it
πŸ‘‰ Split into 4 loose balls
πŸ‘‰ DO NOT pack them tight

2. Get your pan screaming hot
πŸ‘‰ Cast iron if you have it
πŸ‘‰ This is not medium heat territory

3. Smash time
πŸ‘‰ Drop the ball on the pan
πŸ‘‰ Smash it thin (really thin)
πŸ‘‰ Season immediately with COAL

4. Leave it alone
πŸ‘‰ This is where people mess up
πŸ‘‰ Let it cook 2–3 minutes
πŸ‘‰ You want crispy, lacy edges

5. Flip once
πŸ‘‰ Season again lightly
πŸ‘‰ Add cheese
πŸ‘‰ Cook another 60–90 seconds

6. Build it right
πŸ‘‰ Toasted bun (don’t skip this)
πŸ‘‰ Stack it high
πŸ‘‰ Keep it simple
