I have seen these before, but didn't realize just how easy they are to make.
Ingredients 
1 pound lean ground beef
1 onion chopped
1 red pepper chopped
2 jalapeƱo pepper chopped and seeded
1/4 cup cilantro 
1/2 Tbsp garlic 
1/2 Tbsp ginger
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp paprika 
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp chili flakes 
Garlic Yogurt 
1/2 cup Greek yogurt 
1/2 lemon juiced
1 tsp garlic powder 
Salt and pepper to taste
Stuff you will need 
Mixing bowl 
Frying pan
Directions 
Mix the hamburger and spices.  
Shape into kebabs and fry.
Once browned, add some cherry tomatoes and fry till the tomatoes are hot.
Serve on a bed of rice.
Garnish the kebabs with the garlic yogurt. 
Serves 2.
