This would be a much healthier version of KFC's Popcorn Chicken.
Ingredients
1 lb boneless chicken thighs, cut into bite sized pieces
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp mixed herbs
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup cornstarch
Cooking spray
Stuff you will need
Cutting board
Sharp knife
Mixing bowl
Cookie sheet with wire rack
Directions
Cut up the chicken into bite sized pieces.
Spray the chicken with the cooking spray.
Mix all the ingredients together (except cornstarch) and add the chicken. Toss to evenly coat.
In a different mixing bowl, add cornstarch and the coated chicken. Toss to coat.
Transfer the chicken to the wire rack and spray the chicken with the cooking oil.
Bake at 400 F for 15 to 18 minutes.
Serve while hot.
