This is an alternative to Hot Chili Sauce
Wet Wet Sauce
Ingredients
3 tablespoon green onions white part thinly sliced
1½ teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon minced ginger
2 tablespoon gochugaru/Korean chili flakes
1 teaspoon white sesame seeds
½ cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
Directions
Place green onions, garlic, ginger, gochugaru, and sesame seeds into a large heatproof pot.
Heat oil over medium heat in a sauce pan until it's hot but not smoking.
Carefully pour the hot oil over the green onions, garlic, ginger, and chili flakes.
The oil will begin to bubble. Stir everything and allow it to cool for a bit.
Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and rice vinegar.
Enjoy immediately or transfer the sauce into an airtight jar and store it in the fridge to use later.
