Butterscotch Pie

1 cup brown sugar

5 Tbsp cornstarch 

2 egg yolks

2 cups milk 

Stir and cook til thick 

Remove from heat and stir in 1 Tbsp butter and 1 tsp vanilla

Pour into baked pie shell and chill to set
