Another one of those bizarre, but looks stunning, meals
Ingredients
Store bought puff pastry
Left over meatballs and sauce
Mozzarella cheese
Garlic butter
Parmesan cheese
Stuff you will need
Cookie sheet lined with parchment paper
Silicone brush
Mixing bowl
Fork
Sharp knife
Spatula
Directions
Center about half of the pastry on the cookie sheet.
Put about 6 or 8 meatballs on the half of the pastry. You might need more if the meatballs are small. Liberally add sauce and the Mozzarella cheese.
Cover this with the other half of the puffed pastry.
Using a fork, crimp the edges so that none of the sauce leaks out. Should look like a giant ravioli on the cookie sheet.
Add some melted garlic butter all over the top and add a liberal amount of Parmesan cheese over that.
Bake at 400 F for 25 minutes.
Let it rest for 10 minutes before cutting into this. Use a spatula to put this onto a plate.
