Cheesy Garlic Steak & Pepper Rice Bowl 🥩🫑🧀🍚


Tender, juicy steak bites and colorful peppers are piled over buttery rice and smothered in a rich, creamy cheddar garlic sauce for the ultimate comfort-food bowl!


🍴 Ingredients:


* 1½ lbs sirloin steak, cubed

* 2 bell peppers, sliced

* 1 small onion, sliced

* 4 cups cooked white rice

* 1½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

* 1 cup heavy cream

* 2 tbsp butter

* 2 cloves garlic, minced


👩🏽‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Season and sear the steak cubes until browned, then set aside.

2. Sauté the peppers, onion, and garlic in butter until tender.

3. Prepare a creamy cheese sauce by simmering the heavy cream and stirring in the cheddar until smooth.
