Soon enough Hank's Farm will be bringing in their harvest.
This is when parking becomes almost impossible at the farm.
Folks want to get their preserves done. You can save alot of money on your vegetables if you put in the work.
OK... so back to corn on the cob...
Ingredients
Corn on the cob
1 tbsp butter
Stuff you will need
BPA free vacuum seal bags
Vacuum sealer
Directions
Shuck all your corn.
For each cob, you will need one tbsp of butter.
Freeze for up to six months.
To cook. Don't thaw.
In a Dutch oven with boiling water, put the corn on the cob in the water. Cook for 20 minutes.
Cut open the vacuum sealed bag and serve while hot.
As you can see from the top picture, you can vacuum seal several corn cobs in the same bag. You just need a bigger vacuum bag...
