2 cups water
3 Tbsp chicken stock - recipe here
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp poultry seasoning
8 Tbsp Mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip), divided
8 Tbsp Parmesan cheese - divided
1 x 8 oz box Philadelphia Cream Cheese
8 oz of shredded marble cheese
4 slices of chopped uncooked bacon
Parsley to garnish

Stuff you will need

Oven safe baking dish 9 x 12
Mixing bowl
Whisk
Cutting board
Sharp knife or scissor
Box Grater
Tin foil

Directions

This is pretty much a one pan dump casserole.  It isn't going to look pretty, but the taste makes up for it.

Heat your oven to 350 F.

Dump the rice in to the pan.

Toss in the onion and garlic.

Cover that with the ranch dressing.

In a mixing bowl, water and the chicken bullion.  Wisk it up.  Pour that over the rice, and gently wisk that.

Place the chicken over the rice.

Black Pepper and Poultry Seasoning over the chicken.

Slather 2 Tbsp of mayonnaise over each breast.

Cover each breast with 2 Tbsp of Parmesan cheese.

Cut up the Philadelphia Cream Cheese into small pieces and spread around the casserole dish.

Next, layer of shredded marble cheese over the casserole.

Toss the cut up bacon on top of the cheese.

Sprinkle the parsley over everything to garnish and give some color.

Cover with tin foil.

Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes, covered and 30 minutes, uncovered.
