Since I am going to living a heart healthy diet, something that I have to give up is table salt.
But it doesn't mean that my meals have no taste.
Ingredients
3 Tbsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp onion powder
1 Tbsp black pepper
1 Tbsp parsley
1 Tbsp basil
1 Tbsp thyme
1 Tbsp marjoram
1 Tbsp savory
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp mace
Stuff you will need
Mixing bowl
Whisk
Storage container
Directions
Whisk together and transfer to storage container.
