2 bell peppers (any color), sliced

Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the bell peppers and onion to the skillet.

Add peppers and onions; cook until softened (about 5 minutes).
Stir in minced garlic, thyme, and salt/pepper.

1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions:
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the sausage rounds and cook until well-browned.
Add the bell peppers, onion, and jalapeño.
Sprinkle Cajun seasoning and red pepper flakes over the mixture.
Sauté for 6-8 minutes until vegetables are tender and slightly charred.

Ingredients:
1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
2 bell peppers, chopped
1 red onion, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
3/4 cup barbecue sauce (your favorite brand)
1 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Brown the sausage slices for 4-5 minutes.
Add peppers and onions; cook for 5 minutes until soft.
Reduce heat to low.
Pour in the barbecue sauce and stir to coat everything evenly.
Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce is warmed through and sticky.

Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add sausage and cook until browned on both sides.
Toss in the peppers and onions.
Season generously with lemon pepper seasoning.
Sauté for 5-7 minutes until veggies are tender.
Remove from heat, stir in fresh lemon juice and zest, and garnish with parsley.

Ingredients:
1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
2 bell peppers, cut into chunks
1 onion, cut into chunks
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1/3 cup honey
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions:
Whisk honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic together in a small bowl; set aside.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Brown the sausage for 4-5 minutes.
Add peppers and onions and cook for 5 minutes.
Pour the sauce mixture over the skillet.
Toss well and cook for 2 more minutes until the sauce thickens and glazes the meat and vegetables.
Top with sesame seeds if desired.
