Winter Comfort Food - Soup Edition


🌶️ Slow Cooker Chili

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
1 onion, diced
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 can chili beans
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin, salt & pepper

Instructions Brown beef and onion. Add all ingredients to slow cooker. Cook LOW 6–8 hrs or HIGH 3–4 hrs.

🍝 Crock Pot Lasagna

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
24 oz pasta sauce
12 lasagna noodles (uncooked)
15 oz ricotta
2 cups mozzarella
½ cup Parmesan

Instructions Brown beef. Layer sauce, noodles, cheeses, repeat. Cook LOW 4–5 hrs.

🥣 Chicken and Dumplings

Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken
4 cups chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup carrots & celery
Biscuit dough, cubed

Instructions Simmer everything except biscuits 20 min. Add biscuits, cook 15 min until fluffy.

🧀 Creamy Beef and Shells

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
12 oz shell pasta
1 cup beef broth
1 cup cream or milk
1½ cups shredded cheddar

Instructions Cook beef. Add broth, cream, cheese, and cooked pasta. Simmer until creamy.

🌮 7-Can Chicken Taco Soup

Ingredients

1 can chicken, drained
1 can black beans
1 can corn
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can Rotel
1 can chicken broth
1 packet taco seasoning

Instructions Dump everything into pot. Simmer 20–30 min or slow cook 4 hrs.

🍲 Hungarian Goulash

Ingredients

1½ lbs beef stew meat
1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp paprika
3 cups beef broth
Potatoes & carrots

Instructions Brown beef and onion. Add rest. Simmer 1½–2 hrs until tender.

🍔 Cheeseburger Soup

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
4 cups potatoes, diced
3 cups broth
2 cups milk
2 cups shredded cheddar

Instructions Brown beef. Add potatoes and broth, cook until soft. Stir in milk and cheese.

🥔 Hungarian Potato Soup

Ingredients

4 potatoes, diced
1 onion
4 cups broth
½ cup sour cream
Paprika, salt & pepper

Instructions Simmer potatoes and onion in broth until tender. Stir in sour cream and seasoning.
