Sticky Glazed Pork Belly


Sticky Glazed Pork Belly (Asian Style)

Ingredients:

1 kg pork belly
¼ cup soy sauce
3 tbsp honey or brown sugar
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp ginger
1 tbsp vinegar
Green onions

Instructions:

Boil pork belly 30 minutes until tender.

Mix soy sauce, honey, hoisin, garlic, ginger.

Brush pork with sauce.

Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 30–40 min, turning and glazing.

Slice and garnish with green onions.
