Brownies


1. Fudgy Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients:
 • 1 cup All-purpose flour
 • 1 cup Sugar
 • ¼ cup Cocoa powder
 • 200 g Dark chocolate
 • 150 g Butter
 • 3 Eggs
 • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions:
 1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a square baking pan.
 2. Melt dark chocolate and butter together; let cool slightly.
 3. Whisk eggs and sugar until glossy.
 4. Add melted chocolate and vanilla extract.
 5. Fold in flour and cocoa powder gently.
 6. Pour batter into pan and bake for 25–30 minutes.
 7. Cool completely before slicing.

2. Crackle Top Brownies

Ingredients:
 • 1 cup All-purpose flour
 • 1 cup Sugar
 • ¼ cup Cocoa powder
 • 200 g Dark chocolate
 • 150 g Butter
 • 3 Eggs
 • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions:
 1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
 2. Melt chocolate and butter together.
 3. Beat eggs and sugar vigorously for 3–4 minutes until thick.
 4. Add melted chocolate and vanilla.
 5. Fold in flour and cocoa powder.
 6. Bake for 25–30 minutes for a shiny crackle top.

3. Oreo Brownies

Ingredients:
 • ¾ cup All-purpose flour
 • 1 cup Sugar
 • ¼ cup Cocoa powder
 • 150 g Dark chocolate
 • 120 g Butter
 • 3 Eggs
 • 10 Oreo cookies (crushed)

Instructions:
 1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
 2. Melt chocolate and butter together.
 3. Mix eggs and sugar until smooth.
 4. Add chocolate mixture and cocoa powder.
 5. Fold in flour and crushed Oreos.
 6. Bake for 25–30 minutes.
 7. Cool before cutting.

4. Nutella Brownies

Ingredients:
 • ¾ cup All-purpose flour
 • ¾ cup Sugar
 • 200 g Dark chocolate
 • 120 g Butter
 • ½ cup Nutella
 • 3 Eggs
 • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions:
 1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
 2. Melt chocolate and butter together.
 3. Whisk eggs and sugar until combined.
 4. Add Nutella, melted chocolate, and vanilla.
 5. Fold in flour gently.
 6. Bake for 25–30 minutes.
 7. Cool completely for clean slices.

5. Walnut Brownies

Ingredients:
 • 1 cup All-purpose flour
 • 1 cup Sugar
 • ¼ cup Cocoa powder
 • 200 g Dark chocolate
 • 150 g Butter
 • 3 Eggs
 • ½ cup Chopped walnuts

Instructions:
 1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

6. Cheesecake Brownies

Ingredients:

Brownie Layer:
 • ¾ cup All-purpose flour
 • ¾ cup Sugar
 • ¼ cup Cocoa powder
 • 150 g Dark chocolate
 • 120 g Butter
 • 2 Eggs

Cheesecake Layer:
 • 200 g Cream cheese
 • ¼ cup Sugar
 • 1 Egg
 • ½ tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions:
 1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
 2. Prepare brownie batter by melting chocolate and butter.
 3. Mix eggs, sugar, and cocoa powder; add flour.
 4. Pour brownie batter into pan.
 5. Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
 6. Spoon cheesecake mixture over brownie batter and swirl.
 7. Bake for 30–35 minutes.
 8. Cool completely before slicing.
