4x French Fries


Four crispy potato favorites that never disappoint. From classic golden French fries to seasoned wedges and spicy curly fries, each one delivers the perfect crunch and flavor for the ultimate comfort snack. 🍟🔥

1. Classic French Fries

Ingredients

4 large russet potatoes
Vegetable oil for frying
Salt to taste

Directions

Peel and cut potatoes into thin strips.
Soak in cold water for 30 minutes, then drain and pat dry.
Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
Fry potatoes in batches for 3–4 minutes until golden and crispy.
Drain on paper towels and season with salt.

2. Curly Fries

Ingredients

2 large russet potatoes
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
Oil for frying

Directions

Spiral-cut potatoes using a spiralizer.
Mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, milk, and egg to create a batter.
Dip potato spirals into batter.
Fry at 350°F (175°C) until crispy and golden.
Drain on paper towels before serving.

3. Spicy Curly Fries

Ingredients

2 large russet potatoes
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
Oil for frying

Directions

Spiralize the potatoes.
Mix flour, chili powder, cayenne, smoked paprika, milk, and egg into a batter.
Dip spirals into the batter.
Fry at 350°F (175°C) until golden and crispy.
Drain and serve hot.

4. Potato Wedges

Ingredients

4 large russet potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
Salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cut potatoes into wedges.
Toss with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
