9x Brownie Recipes


1. Classic Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients:
 • 1 cup melted butter
 • 2 cups granulated sugar
 • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
 • 1 tsp vanilla extract
 • 4 large eggs
 • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Procedure:
 1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking pan.
 2. Mix melted butter and sugar until smooth.
 3. Add eggs one by one, then mix in vanilla.
 4. Stir in cocoa powder and flour.
 5. Pour into pan and bake for 25–30 minutes.
 6. Let cool before cutting.

2. Walnut Brownies

Ingredients:
 • Same as classic + 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Procedure:
 1. Follow classic brownie steps.
 2. Fold in walnuts before baking.
 3. Bake and cool as usual.

3. Peanut Butter Brownies

Ingredients:
 • Classic ingredients
 • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

Procedure:
 1. Prepare brownie batter.
 2. Pour into pan and swirl peanut butter on top.
 3. Bake for 25–30 minutes.

4. Double Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients:
 • Classic ingredients
 • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Procedure:
 1. Prepare batter as usual.
 2. Mix in chocolate chips.
 3. Bake and cool before serving.

5. Caramel Brownies

Ingredients:
 • Classic ingredients
 • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Procedure:
 1. Pour half batter into pan.
 2. Add caramel layer.
 3. Cover with remaining batter.
 4. Bake until set.

6. Mint Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients:
 • Classic ingredients
 • 1/2 cup mint chocolate or mint layer

Procedure:
 1. Bake brownie base.
 2. Add mint layer after baking.
 3. Chill before cutting.

7. Caramel Layer Brownies

Ingredients:
 • Classic ingredients
 • Extra caramel filling

Procedure:
 1. Layer batter + caramel + batter.
 2. Bake normally.
 3. Cool completely for best texture.

8. Oreo Brownies

Ingredients:
 • Classic ingredients
 • 1 cup chopped Oreo cookies

Procedure:
 1. Prepare batter.
 2. Fold in Oreo pieces.
 3. Bake for 25–30 minutes.

9. Salted Caramel Brownies

Ingredients:
 • Classic ingredients
 • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
 • Pinch of sea salt

Procedure:
 1. Layer brownie batter with caramel.
 2. Sprinkle sea salt on top.
 3. Bake and cool.
