6x Gnocchi Recipes


1️⃣ Chicken Sausage Gnocchi Sheet-Pan Dinner

Ingredients:

1 lb shelf-stable gnocchi
12 oz cooked chicken sausage, sliced
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 red onion, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Place gnocchi, sausage, pepper, and onion on a large sheet pan.

Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper.

Toss until evenly coated and spread in a single layer.

Bake for 20 minutes until gnocchi are tender and sausage is browned.

Ingredients:

1 lb shelf-stable gnocchi
2 cups cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup basil pesto
1 tbsp olive oil

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Combine gnocchi and cherry tomatoes on a sheet pan.

1/2 tsp salt

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Put gnocchi, broccoli, and lemon slices on a sheet pan.

Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt together, then pour over the mixture.

Toss well to coat and spread out.

Roast for 22 minutes until broccoli is charred at the edges and gnocchi are tender.

Instructions:

1/4 tsp salt

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Toss gnocchi and tomatoes with olive oil, dried basil, and salt on a sheet pan.

Bake for 20 minutes.

Scatter mozzarella pearls over the hot mixture immediately after removing from the oven.

Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
