How to make Italian grinder sandwich

To make a delicious Italian grinder sandwich, you'll need the following ingredients:

Ingredients:
- 2 sub rolls or hoagie rolls (Italian bread works best)
- 6 slices of salami
- 6 slices of ham
- 6 slices of pepperoni
- 4 slices of provolone cheese
- 1 cup of shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1 small tomato, sliced
- ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
- 4-6 banana pepper slices
- ¼ cup of mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp of red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp of Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp of garlic powder
- ¼ tsp of black pepper
- 2 tbsp of grated Parmesan
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- ½ tsp of chili flakes (optional)

Instructions:

2. Assemble the sandwich: Slice the sub rolls in half and layer the salami, ham, pepperoni, and provolone cheese.
