Mongolian Beef
Ingredients
1 lb flank steak
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1/2 cup beef broth
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp ginger
1/2 cup green onions
Directions
1. Slice flank steak thinly against the grain.
2. Heat oil in a pan and cook beef until browned.
3. Add garlic and ginger and sauté briefly.
4. Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, hoisin sauce, and beef broth.
5. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
6. Add green onions and serve over rice.

Ingredients

1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp black pepper

1 onion

Directions
1. Slice beef thinly.
2. Stir-fry beef in a hot pan until browned.
3. Add garlic, onion, and bell pepper.
4. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, and rice vinegar.
5. Cook for a few minutes until sauce coats the beef.
6. Serve hot with rice.

3. Add garlic and broccoli.

5. Mix cornstarch with a little water and add to thicken sauce.
