Well hello my friends! How many gallons of this did I eat while I was in the Navy? Don't get me wrong, I even bought this from Hamburger Helper when it was available.
Ingredients
1 lb hamburger
1 onion chopped
8 oz Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup sour cream
1 box beef broth
2 cups heavy cream
1 bag of extra broad egg noodles
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Stuff you will need
Dutch oven with lid
Stiring spoon
Meat masher
Directions
Fry and drain the hamburger. Your hamburger masher will make sure you don't have any large chunks.
Add the onion and continue to cook till the onions are translucent.

Add the beef broth. Healthy selection would be the low salt variety.
Add the heavy cream.
Stir all of this together. Add the noodles and stir together.
Add the cream cheese.
Cover and cook for 10 minutes. The noodles should be el dante (soft and not crunchy).
