I haven't run into anyone that doesn't enjoy Bailey's Irish Cream.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
2 cups crushed pecans, divided
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 cup melted chocolate
1/4 cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup Bailey's Irish Cream
1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
Stuff you will need
Blender or food processor
Mixing bowl
Spatula
Microwave safe bowl
Storage container
Soup spoon
Directions
If you don't have crushed Graham crackers crumbs, put the Graham crackers into your blender or food processor and make them into crumbs.
Transfer to the mixing bowl.
If you don't have crushed pecans, again, blender or food processor. Don't over blend, you are not looking to make pecan butter.
1 cup into the mixing bowl with the Graham Crackers and reserve the other 1 cup for later.
In the microwave safe bowl, melt the chocolate. 30 seconds at a time.
Add the cocao, powdered sugar, Bailey's Irish Cream and condensed sweetened milk. Stir till homogeneous.
Transfer this to the mixing bowl and mix all together.
Put this into the fridge to chill for about one hour.
With the soup spoon, take about 1 Tbsp of the dough and make into a ball.
Roll the ball over the reserved cup of crushed pecans.
Transfer to your storage container.
See how long these will last.
To be honest, if you adhere to the original recipe, you will use walnuts. But I like pecans better.
These can be stored and eaten right from the freezer.
