Chocolate Drumstick dessert

Oooo....  I do like store bought drumsticks.  There are times when I know they are in the freezer, but then the grandchildren visit and when I got that hankerin for that good ol drumstick...  they vanished...

Ingredients

Graham crackers
3 cups of milk
3 x boxes of instant chocolate pudding mix, divided
2 cups of whipping cream
Chopped peanuts
Caramel sauce
Chocolate sauce
Chocolate waffer ice cream cones

Stuff you will need

Aluminum pan, 13 x 9
Large Mixing Bowl
Whisk
Hand, or stand mixer
Measuring cup

Directions

Line the Aluminum pan with the Graham Crackers

In the mixing bowl, add 2 cups of milk and two boxes of chocolate pudding.  Whisk till incorporated and put in the fridge.

In another mixing bowl if you are using the hand mixer, 2 cups of whipping cream + the last box of chocolate pudding mix.  Whip till you have chocolate whipped cream.  I would use my Kitchenaid Stand mixer for this.

Get the bowl of pudding from the fridge and gentle fold the chocolate whipped cream into the first bowl.  Gonna look like a chocolate mess.

1/3 of the chocolate mess and cover the Graham crackers.  Put a layer of chopped peanut over the chocolate mess.  Drizzle equal parts of caramel and chocolate sauce over the peanuts.

Take 6 of the chocolate waffle cones, crush them up and put that on top of the peanuts.

1/3 of the chocolate mess, and cover the waffle cones.

6 more of the chocolate waffle cones, crush them up and put that on top of the chocolate mess.

Last of the 1/3 of the chocolate mess is your next layer.  On top of that, a layer of crushed peanuts, drizzled with caramel sauce.

Pop this into the fridge for 2 hours.

There is no recommended serving size, but in this case, if the grandkids are visiting, don't waste big portions on them.

If you are watching your waist line...  since it is in the Aluminum pan, give the leftovers to your daughter-in-law.
