I know I don't like dried out pork.
This is a winner winner chicken dinner type of meal.
Ingredients
4 pork chops
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 cup of parmasean cheese
1 tsp black pepper
2 eggs, beaten and seasoned
Stuff you will need
Mixing bowls
Pam cooking spray
Oven safe baking dish
2 forks
Paper towel
Side dish to go with the pork chops
Directions
Heat oven to 375 F.
In the dry mixing bowl, add brown sugar, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and black pepper. Using one of the forks, mix all the items together.
In the other mixing bowl, beat the eggs with the other fork.
Pat the pork chops dry with the paper towel.
Using the egg fork, pick up the pork chop and coat with the egg mixture. Transfer to the dry ingredients.
Using the dry fork, press the sugar/parmasean mix into the pork chop. REALLY press the coating into the pork chop.
Transfer to the cooking sprayed baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes.
