Once again, not that I need this, but when the recipe calls for it, you gotta have it.
Ingredients
8 oz box of room temp Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1/3 cup icing sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream
Stuff you will need
Stand mixer, or hand mixer
Spatula
Empty and cleaned Cool Whip container
Directions
Into the stand mixer, cream cheese, icing sugar and vanilla.
Beat till soft peaks form.
Transfer this to your empty container.
Into the stand mixer, add the heavy whipping cream, beat till soft peaks have formed.
To this, add 1/3 at a time, the cream cheese mixture. Whip till smooth and and the next 1/3. Whip together. Add the last 1/3, whip.
Transfer this to the empty and cleaned Cool Whip container.
This homemade Cool Whip has a "je ne sais quoi" that you guests will not be able to figure out. That will give you a leg up on them as they will never 100% match your recipes. If they snoop in the fridge, they will only see the Cool Whip container.
