Gotta love a Turtles Chocolate Candy. Making you own will let you share with you co-workers.
Ingredients
1 bag of whole pecans
Salted Caramel sauce - recipe here
Celtic Salt
400 grams milk chocolate
1 tsp coconut oil
Stuff you will need
Cookie sheet lined with parchment paper
Pam cooking spray
Storage container
Directions
Toast the whole pecans, 400 F for 10 minutes. Let cool or you will be burning your fingers.
On your cookie sheet, lined with parchment paper, spray with Pam cooking spray.
Arrange 3 pecans, 2 on the bottom, and 3rd on the top, turned 90°. Like a wee pyramid.
A dab of salted caramel on each pecan pyramid.
Sprinkle each pecans, covered with salted caramel, with some celtic salt.
In a microwave safe bowl, add the milk chocolate and coconut oil. Melt in the microwave, in 30 second increments.
Pour enough chocolate mix to cover each pecan pyramid, covered in salted caramel, sprinkled with celtic salt.
Let your home made Turtles Chocolate Candy set.
