Newfoundland Dressing

Knowing me, I would attack this with a spoon.

Ingredients

1/4 cup Mount Sio Savory
6 cups bread crumbs. A variety of bread crumbs.  Dinner rolls, sourdough bread, white or whole wheat bread.
1 oinion, chopped
1/2 cup melted butter

Stuff you will need

Large mixing bowl
Spatula
Cutting board
Sharp knife
Saran wrap
Aluminum foil

Directions

The night before, rip up your various breads into bread crumbs.  Don't got time for that?  Go get some store bought bread crumbs. Add the savory.  Cover with the saran wrap, and let it sit overnight on the counter.

Next day.  Uncover. Smell... do you need more savory?

Add the chopped onions. Mix. Add the melted butter. Mix.

Cover in saran wrap and let it hang out for another hour.

Put your tin foil on a flat surface. Grease the cooking side of the foil with butter.

Transfer your dressing to the foil and wrap it tightly till you have a foil loaf.

Oven to 350 F.  Bake for 30 minutes.

Remove, transfered to serving bowl and fluff with a fork.
