If you are an early riser and have breakfast, just as early, you get that snack attack around 10ish that needs to be satisfied.
Ingredients
2 cups quick oats
1 cup peanuts, chopped
1 cup dried cranberries, or raisins
1 cup peanutbutter
1/2 cup maple syrup, or honey
1/2 bag of chocolate chips
Stuff you will need
Large mixing bowl
Spatula
Storage container
Soup spoon
Directions
All all the ingredients to the mixing bowl and with spatula, fold everything together.
Put the mixture in the fridge for about an hour.
Using your soup spoon, ladel out a spoonful and with your hands, create your Energy Ball.
Transfer to your container. Will keep on the counter for a few days, but I would keep these in the fridge.
