Great for sandwiches, over mashed potatoes, with rice, or just by itself. Definitely easy and something to help you get through lunches on the week for the cheap
Ingredients
2-3 chicken breasts
1/4 cup W sauce (BBQ + Worcestershire)
1/4 Cup Ketchup
2 tbsps soy sauce
1/3 cup honey
2-3 tbsps minced garlic
1 tsp or to taste paprika and onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Stuff you will need
Crock pot
Two forks, or hand mixer
Storage container
Directions
Combine all ingredients in crockpot, cook on low 5-6hrs or 3-4 on high (Just temp to 165). Remove chicken and shred with forks or chop and return to pot to mix with juices
