Smoky Chili Garlic Chicken

Ingredients:

- 1 lb (450g) chicken thighs, boneless and skinless ๐Ÿ—
- 3 tbsp olive oil ๐Ÿซ’
- 4 cloves garlic, minced ๐Ÿง„
- 2 tbsp chili powder ๐ŸŒถ️
- 1 tsp smoked paprika ๐Ÿ”ฅ
- 1 tsp ground cumin ๐ŸŒฟ
- 1/2 tsp salt ๐Ÿง‚
- 1/2 tsp black pepper ๐Ÿง‚
- 1 tbsp honey ๐Ÿฏ
- 2 tbsp soy sauce ๐Ÿœ
- Juice of 1 lime ๐Ÿ‹
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish ๐ŸŒฑ

Directions:

In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chili powder, smoked paprika, ground cumin, salt, black pepper, honey, soy sauce, and lime juice. Whisk together until well blended. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more intense flavor. 

Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off. Grill or cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken is nicely charred.
