Ingredients:

- 1 tbsp honey ๐ฏ
- 2 tbsp soy sauce ๐
- Juice of 1 lime ๐
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish ๐ฑ
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chili powder, smoked paprika, ground cumin, salt, black pepper, honey, soy sauce, and lime juice. Whisk together until well blended. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more intense flavor.
