Pickled Red Onions - simple recipe


I honestly wished that I could enjoy pickled 《anything》.  It does look so good.

Ingredients 

2 red onions, chopped ๐ŸŒฐ 
1 cup water ๐Ÿ’ง 
1 cup vinegar
1 Tbsp celtic sea salt ๐Ÿง‚ 
1/4 cup sugar 
A few pepper corns ๐ŸŒถ 

Stuff you will need 

Cutting board 
Sharp knife ๐Ÿ”ช 
Canning jar 
Canning funnel 
Canning jar lid
Stock pot
Stiring spoon 

Directions

Cut up your onions and stuff them into the canning jar.

Add all the other ingredients to the stock pot and turn the burner to medium heat.

Once the sugar is melted, add that to the onions ๐ŸŒฐ in the canning jar.  Make sure you have enough liquid to cover the onions ๐ŸŒฐ .

Wait for the liquid to cool and put it in the fridge for one hour.
