I honestly wished that I could enjoy pickled 《anything》. It does look so good.
Ingredients
2 red onions, chopped ๐ฐ
1 cup water ๐ง
1 cup vinegar
1 Tbsp celtic sea salt ๐ง
1/4 cup sugar
A few pepper corns ๐ถ
Stuff you will need
Cutting board
Sharp knife ๐ช
Canning jar
Canning funnel
Canning jar lid
Stock pot
Stiring spoon
Directions
Cut up your onions and stuff them into the canning jar.
Add all the other ingredients to the stock pot and turn the burner to medium heat.
Once the sugar is melted, add that to the onions ๐ฐ in the canning jar. Make sure you have enough liquid to cover the onions ๐ฐ .
Wait for the liquid to cool and put it in the fridge for one hour.
