- 2 cloves garlic, minced ๐Ÿง„
- 1 inch ginger, grated ๐Ÿฅข
- 2-3 red chilies, sliced ๐ŸŒถ️
- 1/4 cup soy sauce ๐Ÿœ
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar ๐Ÿš
- 2 tbsp brown sugar ๐Ÿฌ
- 1 tsp sesame oil ๐ŸŒฐ
- 2 green onions, chopped for garnish ๐ŸŒฑ
- Optional: sesame seeds for garnish ๐ŸŒŸ

Directions:

In a bowl, combine cornstarch, all-purpose flour, salt, and black pepper. Toss the sliced flank steak in the mixture until evenly coated. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Fry the beef in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per batch. Remove and drain on paper towels. In the same skillet, add minced garlic, grated ginger, and sliced red chilies, sautรฉing for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in soy sauce, rice vinegar, and brown sugar, stirring to combine. Add the crispy beef back into the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce. Drizzle with sesame oil and mix well. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
