Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds of cod fillets, chopped
1 onion ๐ฐ chopped
1 Tbsp butter ๐ง
3/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup vinegar
2 Tbsp brown sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
Stuff you will need
Pyrex pan
Pam cooking spray
Cutting board
Sharp knife ๐ช
Sauce pot
Stiring spoon
Spatula
Directions
Grease the baking dish and add the fish.
Cut up the onions and fry in butter.
Once onions are browned, add ketchup, vinegar and sugar.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Spice the fish with salt and pepper.
Pour the BBQ Sauce over the fish.
Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
Serve with creamed mashed potatoes and green peas.
