One-Pot Sweet & Spicy Garlic Butter Steak Pasta
Ingredients:
1 lb steak, sliced into thin strips
12 oz pasta (such as fettuccine or linguine)
4 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
1 cup beef broth
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for serving)
Directions:
In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sautรฉ for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the sliced steak and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned.
Pour in the soy sauce, honey, red pepper flakes, and beef broth. Stir to combine.
Add the uncooked pasta, bringing the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is cooked (about 10-12 minutes).
Adjust seasoning as needed, then serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan if desired.
