Crimson Blaze Honey Garlic Chicken

Ingredients:

- 1 lb chicken thighs, boneless + skinless ๐Ÿ—
- 1/4 cup honey ๐Ÿฏ
- 1/4 cup soy sauce ๐Ÿœ
- 4 cloves garlic, minced ๐Ÿง„
- 1 tsp ginger, grated ๐ŸŒฑ
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar ๐Ÿš
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes ๐ŸŒถ️
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil ๐Ÿ›ข️
- Salt and pepper to taste ๐Ÿง‚
- Optional: sliced green onions and sesame seeds for garnish ๐ŸŒฟ

Directions:

In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes until well combined.

Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper. 

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. 

Add the chicken thighs and sear for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. 

Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken, reducing the heat to low. 

Simmer for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken and coat the chicken. 

Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired. 

Serve hot with steamed rice or vegetables for a delicious meal.
