Thousand Island Dressing
1½ cups mayonnaise
½ cup yellow onion, peeled and finely diced
½ cup bread-and-butter pickles, finely diced
2 Tbsp pimentos
2 finely chopped hard‑boiled eggs
¼ cup chili sauce
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp white distilled vinegar
2 dashes hot sauce
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp sea salt
¼ tsp cracked black pepper
Directions
1. Combine mayonnaise, onion, pickles, pimentos, chopped eggs, chili sauce, Worcestershire, vinegar, hot sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
2. Mix well until smooth.
3. Chill for 1–2 hours before serving.
4. Keeps in the fridge for up to 7 days.
